Cleaning and wash services include pretreat solvents and cleaning of the surface. Cleaning removes Dirt, Mold, Alga, Mildew, and Lichen. Does not remove stains such as Rust, Greases, Oils or Oxidation on home or other surfaces like cement or wood.
Basic Home Wash

Basic wash includes the above. We clean from the gutters down to the ground. Does not include gutter cleaning. What doesn't come off the gutters with the house wash, doesn't come off without a Gutter Brite Service.

Restoration is for the removal of oxidation and stains from rust. The process for the restoration is different from cleaning. We have to clean the surface first and use different solvents and solutions to fix the problem areas. It takes more time and more effort to complete the job.
